Poem for Friends

Here is a little poem Ethie and I wrote for the Stromness Writing Group. They are really a supportive bunch, even to teddies.

At Writing Group today
Many people sit around
I watch them scribble away
There is not a single sound

While cups of tea grow cold
And cakes remain uneaten
Stories slowly unfold
Writer's block now beaten
